Service Agreement & Payment Policy

Payments made to Shaddai Massage & Spa are for a professional, non-sexual therapeutic massage session reserved exclusively for you at a specific date and time. The booking deposit (40% of the service price) reserves the therapist's time and travel for that slot. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.

The 40% deposit is non-refundable. It compensates the therapist for time reserved, travel arranged and other clients turned away for that slot. By paying, you accept that the deposit is not returnable if you cancel, do not attend, or are unavailable at the agreed address and time.

Once a session has been delivered, the payment for that session is final and non-refundable. No refund, chargeback or partial credit will be issued for a session that has taken place. Signing or confirming completion of the appointment confirms the service was received in full and to your satisfaction.

• Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice; your deposit carries over.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows, or being unreachable at the agreed address for more than 20 minutes, are charged in full.
• If the therapist must cancel, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.

You agree to contact us first at our contact page before raising any dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a session that was delivered, or for a non-refundable deposit, is a breach of this agreement. We keep records of your booking, your acceptance of these terms (including date, time and device), appointment confirmation, arrival and completion times, and message history, and we will submit them as evidence to the card network.

This is a strictly professional, therapeutic service. Any inappropriate request, behaviour or language ends the session immediately with the full amount payable and no refund. Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before treatment.

Membership plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account — access and remaining sessions run to the end of the paid period. Unused sessions do not carry into a new period and are not refundable in cash.

For appointments at your address, you agree to provide a safe, clean, private space with access to a bathroom, and to give accurate address and entry details. Sessions cannot proceed where the environment is unsafe, and are charged in full.

Your details are used only to arrange and deliver your appointment, process payment and keep records required for disputes, tax and safety. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
